yeah that guy is a beast... he can do prob around 45-55 full reps give or take. full reps would slow him down therefore he would tire quicker and less number at the end also if he is lacking strong tri it could lower the number. he can out do me so I am impressed... hats off to him

yea I am on PP's gear and loving it, this is freebies a new lab gave me... I will let u know on quality. Labels are actually not too bad in person they are glossy. yea there could be more to the labels let me see how the quality is, I just gave the stuff to my guinea pig :chomp:
