    can anybody tell me how to figure out ur maintainence calorie level. i remember back in the day when i used to read this board there was a method that people said to use, but i can't exactly remember... im wanting to say that is was bodyweight x 12,13,14..depending on how fast your metabolism...

    well..what i've been doing is... -egg white omelet (4 egg whites, 2 slices of chicken, and 1 slice of ff cheese) -4 oz of round steak and 1 c. of some kind of pasta (usually tuna helper or fett. alfredo that i cook without the butter and milk..just noodles and seasoning) -2 scoops of protein...

    well...i've kinda been down this road before...i lost about 40 lbs a while back...then when i broke my leg and couldn't walk for a couple months i got lazy again and gained it all back plus some. so from previous experience i know that i can lose a bit of weight before i take any supplements...
