Ive been deadliftin for a good amount of time now, and I am making good gains with 5x5. The thing is I never ever work the abs like a lot of lifters. It just occurred to me that the abs must play a decent role in the deadlift.
Am I being a fool by neglecting abs? will my deads show faster...
at your age you should just eat like god told ya too
if you wanna cut up for summer then play some ball or do cardio a few times a week, but at your age it would be a waste if you underate
