ya i guess i 've been going kinda heavy on squats and leg presses. Whew, thanks a lot guys. that's a big sigh of relief to know that i'm not the only one that this has happened too. I'm gonna talk to my doctor about possible surgery. Has anybody had hemmorhoid surgery?

Ok, i've noticed some bright red blood on my toilet paper when i go to the bathroom. i went to the docter and had it checked out and he said it was hemmorhoids. Now when i don't lift heavy, the bleeding goes away. but when i do lift heavy the bleeding returns. Does this happen to any of you...
