I think tey should bring back weight classes. That way you can have your Light, Middle and heayweight world champions. Then they could compete to be the best overall. That way you have more stars and more wineners and more champions to model yourself on. I mean say like Shawn Ray and Labrada...
Here is Lesnar in a Training video. As you can see he has tremendous athletic ability and is real strong and flexible. He is not just a big bodybuilder guy. That stuff with the sticks is harder than it looks. He also seems to punch well on the bag. I think he will hammer his opponent...
If she was off season she would look better. Have you seen Lenda Murra at the Ms O? Even she said she used to cry when she looked in the moirror at her face but she looks quite pretty when she is off season.
I honestly think he will do better than most. That man is an incredible athlete and I saw a clip of him training for the WWe and that man has it all. Agility, speed, power and heart. He also has real wrestling skills.

Hi Nelson, Is the Bodybuilding Truth still your best work (ie latest stuff) or do you have something new out? Is there anything in that book that you think needs to be updated or revised? Have you changed your opinions on anything? I am about to re-read it and just want to be sure. Thanks
Hi, I was wondering if anyone has got this yet?
How is this different to Chemical Wizardry that has been heavily promoted on here over the last year?
Is this better? I have CW so do I need the other one?
Thanks.
