    So I picked up some Ephedra from the gas station.... And want an eca stack....

    count it for 24mg not 240. i am currently on the eca stack and i take it as follows: first 25 min after meal one, second 30min before workout, last dose 30 min after post-workout meal. to avoid sleep probs make sure you have at least 6-8hrs between last dose and sleep time

    yes what you have is ephedra, and yes you can stack it with caffand aspirin. stack as follows; 25mg ephedra, 200mg caff, 325mg aspirin. if i were you i would look to see if your gas station carries ephedrine hcl (commonly known as mini-thins) cause come april 12 say bye to your ephedra source...

    i am currently on a calorie retricted diet. first, i'm 6'3 265 at about 14% bf. i have been lifting for about 9 years. i have taken anabolics in the past(anabol,sos,cyp,suspension,prop,enanthate,anadrol(hemogenin)etc.. anyway i am pretty knowledgable about the whole scene, but i'm new to this...

    need a new training protocol

    i'm 6'3 and come in at 260lbs. i'm at about 14% bf. i've been training more on than off the past 9 years(25 yrs old). any way right now i'm trying to get my bf down to about 8-9% by june. any suggestions for training, diet, or supplements would be greatly appreciated.

    forget the t3 and pick up some ephedrine hcl and hydroxycut. combine the two as so: 25mg ephedrine wit 3 caps hydroxycut/ 3 times daily. If you want to get really jacked up the ephedrine to 50mg with the hydroxycut.

    First off how much of the benzos are you taking? I would either stop the meds or at least cut back to see if that alone is the problem, bro.
