yeah i only planned on ptraining him on the compound movements .......nothing crazy if he did my workout he might die

lookin to gain alot of solid mass not to worried about gettin cut up at this stage....first cycle went great i am happy with the gains but i could of kept up on my nutrition alot better. protein intake and what not......so anyway my next cycle is going to go as follows:

hey fellas ...listen im on a new program and i calls to do power cleans and im not too sure how to execute them...i have a general idea but no sense in doing them if i am not completely positive how to.......can anyone please give me proper instruction on how to execute power cleans? thank u
