    I'm actually on a very similar stack - Pink Magic and Prime are doing me WONDERS. Animal Pak is my multi and it has Milk Thistle, and this is all I'm doing. However, I don't think taking it would hurt at all. I'm also adding Quercetin pre-workout and BCAAs (with my Whey).

    Here's a good writeup on the Jack3d Label There's on ephedrine in it, but there is a similar, weaker substance called 1,3 dimethylamylamine. You can probably make your own Jack3d cheaply... but no clue where you'd get Schizandrol A.

    I'd be wary of mixing any extra stimulants with ephedrine. The 1,3 dimethylamylamine in Jack3d (see the Jack3d ingredients) is like a weak amphetamine, and who knows what mixing it with ephedrine will do. Probably not a good idea, just in case.

    Most successful studies I've looked into use 1500mg of glucosamine sulfate and 1200 or so mg of chondroitin.

    Aminos are good, but capsules are way too expensive. Take a look at this list of "grams of total BCAAs per dollar": BCAAs Powders top the list. You can go with the raw stuff but Xtend is damned tasty too

    No carbs (except veggies) after 4pm. Try to center your carbs around the workout, otherwise start cutting them. I'd stay away from any processed carbs, get them all from nuts, fruits, and vegetables.

    Do you have any studies that show this? It seems like quite a generalization, but there's got to be a decent formula out there somewhere. I would think that someone who's 125lbs will not be able to digest as much or as quickly as a 250lb person.

    experiences with CLA?

    There's a billion studies that show this stuff is good and works for fat-loss, as an antioxidant, and to prevent cancer (especially for women). I have good experience with it and take 4 caps each night, .8g per cap. CLA studies
