see if Garasappi makes something called 1,2,T ready set go.

1-AD or 1-test. i have not actualy used 1-test but i am using 1-AD. May not be actual gear but eather may be worth trying. so far my strenth gains have been great. be sure to do like someone hear said and eat plenty of extra protein.

i like the strawberry parrillo bar but it's got more carbs than I need. i should probably check and see if they have a low carb bar by now. if beverly has some protein bars as well and if they are probly very good quality. Right now I'm using up the last of the lemon lean body bars.

Can these be used by middle age and older men to increase quality of life? People are using sublingual gh for youth effects but could prohormones do somewhat the same things? I know this probly goes on the life extention form but thought this was a good place to start.

DD said that the first cycle was the most important. he was talking about the real deal i know. but would the same thing basicly apply to 1AD use in any sort of way in terms of how much to take?

pa1ad--its that new supplement coming out called NO2. that is supposed to increase nitric oxide levels in the bloodstream. Sounded like hype to me but i just wanted to hear the voice of science first. either way if it elevates NO2 then thats not a good thing. Thanks.

Thank you very much pa1ad and macrophage69alpha. That was exactly the information I was looking for. Im not real crazy about using something that could be dangerous so ill avoid the NO2. ill just stick with 1AD for now and maybe do the ALA at another time. thebear you should try and answer...

Can I take ALA during a 1-AD cycle? I know the ALA people are saying to take it with food then again so does the 1AD. Will ALA and 1AD cancel each other out or can you think of any reason why it should not be done? What about NO2 and 1AD? Do you know if they will cancel out or limit the other...
