    Got Sick and Just Did my Second Test Injection

    just had a silimular problem, I took 6 days rest from the gym, kept my diet up adn had a few days off work. Got back in the gym yesterday and feel great. Depends how sick you are, you will only slow down your recovery rate if you don't rest.

    non dairy meat or protein shakes? I am currently working out all of macro's for my cutting diet i am starting. Do you include protein from other sauces such as veg ect. i know that they don't contain all the amino's of meat dairy etc... so do you include them? cheers in advance

    330 x 3 no 8 on and off that was at 210 lbs i am down to 200 lbs cutting so not going for records bulking during / after xmas again

    If you are more concerend with cutting swap the deca for EQ similar to deca but i find it better for cutting, not as much bloat

    Hi, which is better Milled flax seed or flax seed oil I have tried flax seed oil and personally hated it (taste that is) but i need to get more healthy fats in my diet so this would really help me. thanks in advance

    Good gains mate i am 6 months in to training since starting properly and have pics of me one year ago and looking for similar gains i.e more musle less B.F. I have noticed most people seemed to get more tanned was there body starts improving especially in here (before and after pics) amazing...
