just had a silimular problem, I took 6 days rest from the gym, kept my diet up adn had a few days off work.
Got back in the gym yesterday and feel great.
Depends how sick you are, you will only slow down your recovery rate if you don't rest.
Hi there, I too bought burn the fat feed the muscle just to learn anything extra more than anything, but i am sure you should do cardio after weight lifting. But i suppose it is what you prefere, that doesn't mean not to do some warm up cardio first though.
Also it clearly states in that book...

non dairy meat or protein shakes?
I am currently working out all of macro's for my cutting diet i am starting.
Do you include protein from other sauces such as veg ect. i know that they don't contain all the amino's of meat dairy etc... so do you include them?

I have tried flax seed oil and personally hated it (taste that is) but i need to get more healthy fats in my diet so this would really help me.

Good gains mate i am 6 months in to training since starting properly and have pics of me one year ago and looking for similar gains i.e more musle less B.F.
I have noticed most people seemed to get more tanned was there body starts improving especially in here (before and after pics) amazing...
