It would actually be pretty difficult for me to add any bodyfat. It's just the genetics I have. It also makes it extremely difficult to add weight

bf% is around 6 or 7

almost everybody uses the M4 now anyway. It's pretty much the same thing just shorter.

M16 is very accurate and it's definitely worth the extra cleaning it needs over the AK. I definitely enjoy shooting an AK when I'm not trying to hit anything in particular though
