    coffee's effect on athletic performance

    Coffee is ok for ya...it's what you put in it you have to watch. All that cream and sugar can be brutal for ya. I add skim milk and a little bit of sugar. Just don't brutalize the cream and sugar..aka triple triple coffee's at Tim Hortons....YIPE My 2 cents

    GREAT tuna recipe

    I can of Flaked tuna into a bowl, 1-2 TB spoons of relish, 1 TB of Light Mayo, mix all together and spread on 12 Grain. Best sandwich ever.

    Inner Pec and closing the gap

    Inner pec development for me....would be heavy cable crossovers. Do them as heavy as you can and squeeze as hard as you can when your hands meet in the middle. Great exercise!

    Tuna Sandwich Full can of tuna Mix with 2 Tablespoons of relish 1 Tablespoon of Low fat Mayo(Miracle Whip) Add a little mustard if you want Spred out onto bread slice of your choice for a great tasting sandwich! Lates!

    Lipo 6

    No...this product is totally legit. I went through a bottle in a month and a half..went from 230lbs to ~210lbs. Mind you I was doing a ton of cardio and playing squash. A lot of people love this product and the price is right! Take care

    NO2Explode on empty stomach...cant do it man.

    You can add L-Arginine in plus add more creatine in as well. The serving only contains about 1.5 to 2.0g of creatine. Not enough! I put in an extra 3.0g of CEE. Goes good! Love NO-Xplode!

    Meh..I wouldn't touch M1P...just do the creatine and eat lots of protien and drink lots of water.
