I've been training properly for like 5-6 months now...before that i didnt train for like 4 months and before that I trained properly-ish for 6 months. Hope that makes sense.
I've started doing arnold presses instead of dumbell shoulder presses...does that mean im doing a better exercise? covering more muscle? less?

Some people say it isnt as digestions during sleep isnt good while other say its good cause thats when most of the muscle recovery takes place...
anyone can clarify this for me? I use whey protein powder (the type u should put on water, stir good and then drink).
