Squats,it might sound dumb but i wanna clear it

Most people do quarter squats (not even to parallel) because it's the only way they can get 2 plates on the bar. If they were going ATF they would probably be using 95 pounds. Keep going deep.

For those still training ABS old school

Try holding the weight behind your head instead of on your chest. A 45 plate on your chest is so close to the pivot point that it's much easier to move. A 25 plate behind your head is MUCH harder than a 45 on your chest.

    How often do you stretch?

Not as often as I should, which is true for most everybody (though the ppl who posted in this thread sound pretty good)

    deadlift pr today

Nice work! It's always cool to see two wheels on the bar. Next up - squat, then bench. :)

    board presses

I also use 2x6's with industrial velcro to hold them together. If you have a home gym having them permanently nailed together in stacks of 2,3, 4, 5 is nice, but for those of us who have to cart them to the commerical gym, only having 5 boards total is better. Also, make one of the boards...

    Sst

Isn't SST basically what Louie Simmons, Dave Tate, and all those guys are working on? Except without controlled laboratory studies? They seem to be doing pretty well at strength training.

    still confused after 2 years

You also need more hamstring work - leg curls (on a machine I assume?) are not enough. You want some compound exercise, like Good Mornings, SLDL, Romanian Deadlifts, regular Deadlifts, etc.

    Pull-ups

Those are true words. I think it's also one of the hardest exercises to start. I grab the bar get ready...and then wait a second more while I try to psyche myself up for it.

    Leg extensions

I have heard they are bad for the knees, so I dropped them for a long time. Now I like to do 2-3 sets with one leg at a time after my squats and lunges or whatever else I do.

Front Squats & Squats- Are They REALLY That Much Different???

I find them to be quite different. Depends on how you do your back squats, az wnt2bbeast said.

    Serial or Parallel ?

I like to alternate between body parts, what you're calling parallel I guess. That way you can also put all the compounds movements before any more isolated ones.

New routine 4 on 1 off...

Why don't you balance it out a bit more? You can split legs up and do something like quads with chest and hams with arms or something like that. You have two days with only three exercises and then one day with 8 right now.

    my shitty college gym

Hmm, most schools the athletes get their own (awesome) gyms to work out in. My school (Georgia Tech) was definitely like that.

    Doing proper Close Grip Bench?

Well, the arch and leg drive are definitely about putting up more weight and aren't as useful for bodybuilders. However, tucking the elbows, though it does take some stress off the chest, really does help protect the shoulders A LOT and I recommend that for everyone (along with shoulder cuff...
