yea it is but i cant have milk so it makes it hard. I can have whey it irritates my skin a little but not enough to stop me from taking it.
If i eat a meal at night i cant sleep so i have to have the protien shake. i could probably cut out the 9am MM and eat something else.
depends on what im doing that morning/ day.
- Weight gain shake then a pb and honey sandwich 30 min later or oats.
- 2 whole eggs and 3 whites and buckwheat pancakes or oats
- steak or chicken does the trick to
