    my suggestion is go have it looked at....it could turn into something serious and if it affects your health it will also affect your routine and you may suffer more as a result by assuming what it could be. if explaining how it might have occured to your doctor is a problem your concerned with...

    PS> the only way that I have heard to break up the scar tissue- assuming you had it surgically removed is to try to stretch your leg and do the exercises that they tell you do do so that new scar tissue doesn't develop again.
