    Squats are a little sketchy right now. My groin is kinda acting up. Over the summer it was 330ish. Going to try a 350 set on deads tonight since I have never tried a max on that.

    what do you use to listen to music at the gym?

    I use a Rio Riot MP3 player which holds 20g of music. Works out well, kind of an odd clipping mechanism and recently it's been acting up. So, I beat the hell out of it the last time at the gym, and it works now:rolleyes:

    I'd say once you do finally feel confident enough to lift again, start very very light and go slow. I'd recommend an upright row I guess, can't really hit the nail since I have never dislocated anything. Do what you are comfortable with.
