WEEKS 1-4
Monday (Shoulders conjugate/Traps heavy)
A. Seated dumbbell press 4x6-8
B1. Upright rowing 3x10-12
B2. Seated incline lateral raise 3x10-12
C. Arnold press 3x8-10
D. Lateral raise 1x100 (take pauses if needed)
E. Barbell power shrugs 5x5...
they are "smaller" movements designed to assist the "big" lifts which may or may not be lagging
ie: tricep extensions to help the bench press, pull-ups to help rows, etc
