    How much do you do for Standing//Seated Calve raises for 25 reps?

    I use the standing calve machine & the rotary calve machine right now...due 3x20 on both @ 400lb(machine max)...If my knees where in better shape I would jump rope instead...Jumping rope is a great calve exercise...
