Hi Guys.
I would like to know what type of milk I should use now that I am bulking. Should I use skim milk which has about 1 gram of fat or should I use whole milk that has 15 grams of fat and more calories.
My only concern is if I drink whole milk that I might start putting on to much weight...
I have decided to change my routine to include pull-ups, but last night when I tried to do a set I couldn't do more than two with proper form.
My question to everyone is should I continue with the pull-ups and hopefully in time get better. Or am I wasting my time and energy and should do...
