    How much tuna while cutting?

    I eat anywheres from 2-4 cans of tuna in a day. I dont waste money buying the low sodium types.. I too put mine in a stainer and rinse it under cold water for a few seconds.. works for me!

    creatine question

    Ideally creatine should be taken (5g) with your post workout shake consisting of destrose or maldextrin (simple carbs) to spike you insulin and help drive the creatine to your muscles. Take it everyday. On days you don't work out, it should be taken earlier in the day with a carbohydrate meal.

    If you are watching your cholesterol elsewhere in your diet a yolk or two even a day(dependaing wether your cutting or bulking) would be alright. The yolk is full of nutrients and vitamins. IMO the main reason that ppl shun the yolks so much is because doctors hype so much over limiting them...

    real lemon juice and water would be a good start. And the added benefit of the lemon juice is that it is a diuretic and will help in loss of water weight as well, if she is trying to loose weight.

    Question about carbs on boxes...

    I do the same. Say is the breakdown listed 28g carbs but 5g fiber, then only count 23 of those for your daily allotement. This is why when going low carb you don't have to feel starved because you can eat a ton of veggies with minimal amounts of carbs but plenty of fiber.

    Well I would suggest having some carbs pre workout for energy. Your going too long in the afternoon without food. And have a slow absorbing protein before bed....cottage cheese, egg whites, casein protein shake.. not whey tho, it absorbs too fast. you also need more healthy fats, from sources...

    Sheena, IMO opinon I would go on a cutting diet first off to shed the body fat, then bulk up. It will make it so much easier to loose the added bodyfat that comes when bulking that way. 2100 calories in hardly enough for bulking either, espeically at your height. I am 5'9 and eating 2800-3000...

    I found that concentration and barbell curls work really well for developing the peak of my bi's.
