    Another Fun Sunday...8-18-02

    There was a "deadlift exhibition" at the gym I go to the other day. There were some pretty decent sized guys there stuggling to get 450+ up once. I thought that was awesome What you just did in that video blew them totally out of the water. Great job!

    Shoulder side laterals. I'm liking them more and more.

    I just started with GMs last leg day. I have grown to dislike SLDLs and leg curls. I go parallel (with light weight for high reps), and can really feel them stretching the hams.
