    I'd say defecits and make sure he isn't doing the 405x12 and 475x4 before the 500. Pull singles up to that point in 50lb increments. Maybe two weeks between deads. IDK if it is acceptable, but an ammonia cap may be all he needs to realize that he can do it.

    resist the bar from sinking in chest. Once you practice it, that 25 lb difference will get smaller. When you hear press, drive with your legs and throw that bar up fast.

    Anyone know what hrt 100-150/wk cyp would do to T:E ratios? 6:1 is the magic number. Have any of you experienced gentlemen come across this information? What doseage would guarantee a lower than 6:1 ratio? Would skipping a shot for a week work?

    also, the bench form is going to depend on fed. Some mandate feet flat, others allow head off bench, etc...as long as your back is arched, you're using leg drive and your elbows are tight you are doing them right from a shoulder preservation standpoint

    i train with my wife. she squats benches deads with me. I have trouble with her though when it comes to heavy weights. I've seen her lift say 65 for a set of 5 and then if you throw 5 lbs on there for 70 she will fail. It is super psychological and the feeling of heavyness will freak her out...

    I would squat everyday alternating heavy and light days. Heavy for leg and back day, light squats like fronts or speed squats before chest and shoulder days. just think of it as a warmup. Gets you used to the volume and the legs can handle it. if you're really sore and need a day off you...

    I vote 5x5, 5/3/1 or try some westside. The speed work will help you deload your frame and let you heal up better than heavy, heavy, heavy will. Not to mention, it is different and you will likely respond. It will teach you explosive strength which will get you driving through those sticking...
