Hi all, since the efficacy of CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) is highly debatable, I thought I'd share a link I use to track all the journals and research regarding CLA--it goes back quite far and is updated weekly, enjoy!

looks almost exactly like my diet, but I use eggs instead of chicken for some meals. I'm consistently losing 2-3lbs a week.
keep it up bro, nice so far.
yohimburn is best used after you have really used up your fat burning potential. It's controversial whether it works or not, but it has it's uses to expel water. I'd get 12 weeks of solid dieting in before spending extra money---use the cash for whole good foods and you wont be sorry brutha.
:)
caffeine works wonders for me, probably even more important over time than ephedrine. But, the drawback of coffee is the breathe and staining my pearly whites! I bought caffeine pills to replace 2 cups of coffee in the late afternoon.
Fruit is not the best thing for cutting at all because of the fructose--it's not useful to your glycogen stores in your muscles as it primarily goes to the liver.
If you must eat fruit, try cherries they have a really low glycemic index.
if you want to get into ketosis as fast as possible, do a couple full body workouts and cardio, you can usually hit it in 2 or 3 days. Otherwise, with only diet, ketosis takes longer.
well, vitaminshoppe...well that's overpriced but sometimes I have to go there too lol. You have your usual meal replacement powders, they have yohimbe there (very potent, I used it for last 3 weeks), and fish oils/efas.
