not so much bro... I find that warming up is the best way to go. When on deca and no warm up joints hurt big time. Been clean for 3 months (actually deca was 2 cycles ago) and warm up before I go heavy. Clean and pain free. Nice!

go the vial route IMO. This stuff is very inconvineint if not in a vial. Last time I had to put 2ml in a 20ml vial...seemed like a waste but the only way to go
