So how about this...
5:30AM - 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1tbsp flax oil, 2 slices whole wheat toast, protein shake w/ 8oz skim milk, and 16oz water.
8:30AM - protein bar (homemade or packaged)
11:30 - yogurt? maybe a fruit as well...
2:00PM - turkey, chicken, with salad etc. (real lunch)...
