A buddy of mine had BD primo and first four shots went fine, but fifth-- he was limping for 3 days and red hot spot lasted for 6 days. He thought that he had nicked a vein or something like that. :chomp:
About those devices? Couldn't you just cut small hole in the bottom or top of box and look inside for some sort of transmitter, because that would avoid breaking any seal or physically opening box.
Heavy Dips are the only way to go -- better than benching -- don't forget to get a couple of forced dips in there after failure, makes all the difference in the world. Personal best is 355lbs by 2 reps :chomp:
You can't go wrong with heavy upright rows (the squat of shoulder exercises). Make sure to have wide grip and a belt to help cheat a few more reps out after failure. :chomp:
