    Just one quick question about the 5x5. You have workout a and workout b. Obviously mon-wed-fri (ex workout a-workout b-workout a) but do you start with workout b on week 2 and just alternate them each week or just do the same workout exactly the same each week. I can't believe how easy it can be to stray away from a strength program to "play" around with some new found strength lol thanks to everyone and especially this thread I'm going back to 5x5 for a while.     Its a routine i found. It's just how it calls for the sets. Like you go heavy enough to just before failure to do the first 12 but too much to get another 12 so you drop it 2 reps and etc.... i felt the pump really nicely. Sent from my DROID X2 using EliteFitness
