    I am in bulking phase now but my body fat is slowy increasing as well. I want to see if anyone got a fat loss and muscle gain at the same time using Lipoflame. I started using Amplify 02 a week back. Does it help reduce fat as it claims when working out other than the boost it gives?

    DB Bench lesser weight vs Barbell Bench

    I have been doing Barbell bench twice a week and recently switched to 1 day Barbell Bench and 1 day DB Bench but couldn't the same weight as like Barbell on DB. Is that ok for gaining muscles since i heard pushing more the weight the better?

    I have been eating good. The reason i wasn't worried too much about food is i gained a 12 pounds with my food routine and i increased my protein intake also. I am been working hard doing lot of sets than i used to do before. Could that be a problem?
