I personnally use 1", 20gauge, and your nurse friend is right. I also talk to a nurse (friend of mine) and she told me the exact same thing. She also told me that at the hospital she's using 18gauge 1"and a half for IM injections. So i would go with 20gauge and at least 1" for oil base. - Andy

ok, Here it is, I recently lost my training partner. No he's not dead :( He just got injured and cannot use roids for a certain time (maybe a year or more...) I'm in N.-B. (canada) , i'd like to find someone near me to share roids expreriences and also GH wich i'd like to give a try this...
