milk is the best supplement period.i drink up to a gallon a day.bump to oxandrin....i just recently found that carb countdown milk and it tastes just like real milk with more protein and less carbs per serving.cant go wrong there!!
keep calories and carbs at a moderatly low level. Since you wont be training,you wont need them.Keep protein intake as high as possible to keep muscle loss at a minimum
i heard somewere that is was not the best idea...i jus 4 got were....besides,how much work is it to make a protein shake, just put 1 scoop in a glass with milk and stir
ok ...after going over prices n reviews and all that other stuff i have almost decided to try LGP 1-T HydroxyTest. it says it is the best in terms of size which is wut im am worried bout, not so much the strength..jus wonderin has any1 tried this stuff???hope to find out if it actually...
just a quick question.........if i decided to do a cycle with legal gears m1t...would it b better to stack it with legal gears 4-ad or ergopharms 4-ad??
