    gatorade is good for a quick boost of energy because its all sugar....i never drink it, i jus stick with water.

    acualy if u lay on a flat bench with dumbells in each hands and curl them it hits the upper part of the bicep..the part that inserts into the shoulder...and yes u can target a certain part of a muscle..if that wasnt true that how come a closer grip on some exercises hits the lower lats more i.e...

    leg press is a whole lot easier on the knees but the thing is it isn't quite as taxing or productive as the squat....i personally stick to leg press but it is good to do both but since u have that whatever the hell u said, stick with what doesnt hurt

    the problem is with streching is that most people dont hold the strech for very long...u need to hold the strech for at least 30sec tfor it to be beneficial..people who don't kno any betetr usually hold it for less than 10..;D

    your overdoing it with that routine...take some thigns out and consider the fact that u might end up over training or hurting urself trying to push yourself to hard

    i don't like the squat because of the amount of pressure there is on the knees...i prefer the leg press, although the squat is known to stimulate the muscles a little more

    just make sure u put back into ur body..and what u put back in has enough nutriences and low on saturated fat and sodium etc....and no that isnt to much cardio

    yea you've got way to much.....take out two of those chest exercises and another two of those back exercises...

    the routine looks good...but u might want to ad another tricep exercise...now lets see if u can stick to it, and to really see the gains.....enter the nutrition

    too true...treadmill sucks, in my opinion it's for people with knee problems or people who dont have alot of time ont heir hands. stick with the road.
