mine are under. I always tried not to train chest, but feel very unproportioned, so I started doing it this year...Maybe it is fat loss? Thanks 4 the responses though my mind is more at ease!
I feel like I have a leak, or my breast are just getting smaller from fat loss. I read somewhere that you shouldn't train chest if you have implants. Any truth to this??
ok so I am no where near my goal bodyfat andI have recently gotten back on track with my diet and training..I just hate my fat pubic mound..I heard it goes away once you lose a lot of bodyfat..Is this true or has anyone else had this problem??
is this a good fish to eat while dieting? I am so tired of chicken right now. I love salmon, but also just tried chilean sea bass and absolutely LOVE it...I know it's a super oily fish, but is it ok to eat a few tims a week?

meal 1:
1 cup dry oatmeal with 1 cup blueberries w/scoop of vanilla whey
meal 2: salmon or grilled chicken with vegetables and 1/2 c. brown rice
meal 3: plain nonfat greek yogurt
meal 4: grilled chicken with vegetables and some olive oil...
