When you say the "last song", do you mean:
a) The last single to be released,
b) The last track on the latest album,
c) The latest song their working on,
d) The song in line to be the next single which won't be released until next February.
Water is something I drink plenty of.
I also drink a lot of low fat milk as well.
I read in Readers Digest that if your body is high in calicum, then it will burn energy rather than store it as fat. I'm kind of hoping this is true.
I would suspect our problem is different.
You sound like you have Gynomastia which is enlargement of the actual breast tissue. My problem is caused by fat deposits.
I had a friend with a problem similiar to yours and his doctor gave him some hormone replacement medication. I'm not sure exactly...
I didn't think you were being an asshole. I was just pointing out that I don't do 3 hours solely of cardio. However in the past I did more, and managed to lose 17lb/8Kg whilst increasing muscle mass.
Now I walk 45 minutes to work in the morning and 45 minutes back at night. Which is not...
As I mentioned before I'm not a body builder, all I was looking for was a couple of tips and some advice.
And I don't do 3 hours of cardio per day. No more than an hour at the most that would be considered a cardio exercise.
So thanks to those who provided some useful information and excuse...
Re: DANAZOL
I don't have Gynomastia.
I have stubborn pockets of fat that don't want to budge cause of estrogen and/or beacause they're A2 receptors. Maybe that's not the best way to describe it, but I know for certain I don't have Gyno.
Thanks for the info
But I don't want to work on my legs too much as they are already quite muscular and at times I wish they were smaller.
Is it possible to get away with not using heavy weights on the legs?
Excuse my igorance but what is GH and IGF-1?
I'm not a body builder myself. I only came along to get some advice on the topic of this thread. I don't know much about body building and the terminology myself.
