It's already high reps (8-12) it's just the first 2 exercises though. For legs, I don't want them to get any bigger, I'm happy with the size of my legs. Thank you bro! :)

thanks man, but I'm bulking man, I'm skinny as hell, I really get sucked of being skinny while I see my friends get results even if what they gain not lean muscle but looking bigger is just a good feeling and other people when they are looking at your arms and chest won't give a shit if you gain...
I'm a skinny bastard who wants to bulk, I eat more than +4k calories, +200g protein, lot of carbs also but I don't count them. supply my nutrition with Whey, Creatine, BCAA. I completed 2 weeks and I gained almost 9lb so far. I'm aiming to gain at least 4lb every week. and my goal is 230lb...
