I was wondering if you experienced lifters use a belt while you bench press. I use the inzer lever lock and it feels a bit wierd while on a bench but I was just wondering if I ahould just go ahead and adjust to it. I never really cared but I've seen powerlifters do both.
its not that bad. I get my bottles for 50 bucks father than the 80 or 90 msrp. I didn't mind the taste. any one tried that testovar 550 stuff that stuff tastes like crap. but by no means would I dare buy a bottle at msrp.
very true don't work a reparing muscle. you can either take more time off or do less excercises per workout. get good nutrition to aid in quicker recovery also.
