    who's done atkins?

    15 lbs in 3 weeks is VERY possible. I lost 11 in 3 without any of that counting calories stuff. I ate ANY MEAT AT ANY time and the weight FLEW off. The first week totally sucks, you're gonna be weak and tired as hell... that should improve tremendously in the second week though. Good luck with it.

    Hey people, I've recently been given advice that when bulking I should only do 2 sets of 6-8 reps, while doing 3 exercises per body part. I've been lifting for about 6 months now and I'm used to doing 3 sets of 10 reps... while that is probably no good for bulking, I'm concerned that 2 sets...
