You are not missing anything.
Using fructose after insulin is not a good ideat at all.
(If it is used, it should not be counted in your count of carbs in the post insulin shot)
i.e. 10 carbs per iu, but DON'T count carbs coming from fructose.
Glucose/dextrose (same thing, different names) is the fastest sugar to enter the blood stream.
Maltodextrin is a complex carb (not a simple sugar), however,
it enters the bloodstream even faster than glucose.
(glucose being 100 on a glycemic index chart with maltodextrin being labeled as 103)
Incorrect.
Fructose is very very low glycemic and has very little effect on blood sugar levels.
Fructose is ONLY good at replenishing LIVER glycogen stores.
Only after the liver is completely full with glycogen, will fructose start to have an impact on muscle glycogen stores and blood sugar...
Hmmmmmmmmmmm
"it could possibly be simple homeostasis and the body reducing muscle mass in the legs since its not needed to cary around the now lighter person."
Good thinking zyg, makes sinse to me.
Ester C is much stronger than any other form of vitamin C.
It also (once absorbed) stays in your blood stream for a MUCH longer time than regular vitamin C.
Time released is good, better than standard, but the ester C is the best hands down.
I don't know if it is made or not, but you would...
You are an idiot.
You just contradicted yourself in the same sentence.
And 5mg of dnp would not have caused me to loose 8 lbs of fat in 7 days.
I'm going to pm you where I get my dnp from.
You can see from yourself.
"there is chemically active water and chemically inactive water. for...
1. It is not "moisture" in the litte vials but ~1ml of distilled water.
and what is "moisture" if not water?
2. I don't have to CONVERT anything, as I get my DNP from a CHEMICAL SUPPLY HOUSE. It is pre measured by them to contain EXACTLY 200mg per vial of the dnp powder, which is then...
This is absolutely REDICULOUS!
HAVEN'T YOU EVER HEARD OF WETTED DNP!
DO NOT POST ABOUT SOMETHING IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.
Some people (me) use wetted (wetted means shipped in a small amount of water) dnp that comes in little 200 mg vials.
