how long did u guys have to wait to see results with Eq.....frontloading with 600mgs /week for the first 2 weeks then ill 400mg/week for the next 7 or 8 weeks.....5'10'' @ around 7-8%...will take it with winny weeks 5-10....and when should u start clomid therapy...ive heard wait three weeks...

i eat my oats every day ...but the fiber content in fiber one is crazy.....like 14 grams/serving....do ne of u eat that stuff...i sprinkle some of it on my oatmeal just to add fiber.....what do u guys think of this cereal??

i was curious what u guys use for a post workout spike......im not lookin to get bloaty with creatine....but are just simple sugars in babanas for instance enuff??? or does someone have a better way to spike it without those sugars?
