should i do cardio before a gym training, or at least medium distance (please indicate how far that is), or will i be too burnt out to do a gym session? i dont think so, did it in the fall and had good results. but i only did medium intensity throuhout the day nd never high intensity.
First of i would like to know what is considered medium distance runs?
And to start of could i gain weight/ muscle/ size and lose fat if i did
4:30am: wake up
4:45/5-5:30am: jog 2 miles
6am: breakfast (eat most fats, no carbs, and some protein) has shake afterwards
7am: gym or school
