    Yes, sorbitol should be avoided on a keto diet. I don't think a few of those tiny mints will kick you out of ketosis, but just watch how much sorbitol you're taking in. Sugar alcohols are carbs. Source: www.c-k-d.com

    NO MORE COFFEE FOR YOU!! Apparentely, it decreases insulin sensitivity and puts you in the same state as a Type II diabetic.. for at least 3 hours, but they estimate more like 5 (caffeine's half-life). Sucks, doesn't it? I can't imagine ditching my 200mg of caffeine pre-workout.

    Calcium is not found in any ZMA stack and should not be used when supplementing for this purpose. Calcium competes directly with magnesium for absorption and pretty much makes the ZMA useless. Avoid anything with calcium 2 hours prior to taking your ZMA. :)

    My bar claims 3g of carbs, but I see like 17g of Sugar Alcohol... WTF? Does sugar alcohol not count?
