Does anyone use a program to log their diet with their Palm? I saw Calorie King's, but was wondering what other options were available before I invested the money in CK's program.
Well i hear a couple of reasons!
how much energy to spend to get them up and ready to press? I could go much heavier if i had someone hand them to me or if i didnt have to weasel them up. and something along the lines of the nervous system is ready to lift. How hard would it be if you had to...
Someone was telling me that there were these holders that attach to bench or incline bench to put your dumb bells on so you dont have to worry bout lifting them up in the ready position. Anyone have an idea what i am talking about and if you do know of a place that you can get them?

I think the main thing that my log taught me was to know my limitations. There are certain foods that surpass my willpower, and keeping those out of the house makes my life a lot easier.
I learned that I COULD survive on food I cooked myself, and that the only aisles I need in the grocery...

Well, once I find a trainer, and get some firm goals for competing I'll of course adjust accorrdingly. I'm mainly worried about the present-tense right now. I'd really like some feedback on what others with families and small children and jobs do to fit everything in. Time management, ordering...
