    Ok, thanks. Then egg whites it is until whey. It's just that the first time I bought whey was 6 lbs of GNC vanilla for $20 because it was a good deal. But it taste just horrible, even with milk and anything else I put in it. O well, I'm probably gonna buy isopure soon.

    That's what I thought was better. I eat 1 cup of oatmeal with 5-8 eggs. Thats around 60+ grams of carbs and protein and some fats from eggs. For Post-workout, is eating some chicken or tuna good because for now I don't have any whey.

    I didn't mean to see they're not cut at all. But look at Tim Duncan,Ginobili,Mourning...There cut but not if you want to be a bodybuilder. There are exceptions like Lebron James, Shaq (sometimes), Dwyane Wade. In summation, I don't think 60/30/10 is that good.

    Man, I had a cuff injury and I went and got advice from the doctors and a powerlifting coach in my school. If it's a tear, when you bench your arms shake and the bar won't go up. If it hurts, it tendonitis (sp) and relax. Definately do the rehab, it's great, and do everything in a neutral grip...

    I do HIIT 5x a week in the mornings for conditioning for boxing. So fat-loss isn't the goal here, muscle gain is. Should I eat just a shake with 40-50 grams protein then run or eat a full meal with carbs and protein before?

    They probably do 60/30/10 but they don't look that good. There in shape but not from a bodybuilders point of view.
