20 pumps of forma is too much. Keep it to 5 pumps am, 5 pumps pm. That's 10 pumps per day.

Yes that would work. Some people get insomnia when the last dose is taken too close to bed time. If that happens to you then take your doses three times during the day...the biggest dose preworkout.

Epi should be a 5-6 week cycle, 4 is a waste. Hdrol would also fit your needs, but again 5-6 weeks.
