Use a tingle factor lotion that also has bronzers in it(brown sugar,carmel spice,ferocious) those all work really well,just get them on even. Self tanners work good to,just exfoliate really well(bain De Soul)is a good one. The tingle factors get the blood going and you tan faster.

pneumonia. I went to the urgent care monday& I have pnemonia. (sp?) Never had it before. They have me on two antibiotics, an inhaler, and a cogh syrup. I ache and have no energy, so will a few days off set me back a lot? Any suggestions for helping me feel better?

I tan several times a week,and always cover my face. They make these little seperated goggles that cover each eye,but don't leave noticeable lines. I just use make up to even my face/body. There are also beds that you can stand in,and aren't such "closed quarters!"

My mom went through menopause when she was 25,had to have a hysterectomy(sp?) To be honest, she was miserable all the time,hot flashes and stuff. I don't know if that is normal or not?
