    Thanks for all the responses. Is there anyone specific on here that i could talk to about working out a better diet for me?     I am taking in right around 1-1.5 grams of protein per lb of body weight. I do eat healthy, although not on a strict diet.     Right now i am taking creatine and lots of protein. I have not really noticed anything from taking the creatine. The protein shakes i think help, but only to some extent. What is PH's? I have never heard of that?

    Pre-workout drink

    I have been told not to take glutamine and creatine at the same time? One before you work out, one after you work out? But who knows, im just a newbie. :(
