    Oatmeal every morning?

    Oatmeal is an excellent energy source for the body. I like to add a scoop of protein to oatmeal, makes it taste pretty good. Peanut butter as well for a good with oatmeal if you don't over do it. A good little stack is oatmeal with banana creme, vanilla, or strawberry protein, banana...

    physical job vs training

    Back in my younger days I worked as a concrete mason for a few years, it's one of the mist physically intense trades out there. It definitely helped me get stronger but muscle growth was very moderate. Certainly no where near gym training levels fo sho. Sent from my SM-J327T1 using Tapatalk
