Be careful with the "kit's" as I got some gyno from D#$%^ kit. This is just my experince, take it for what's it's worth.

After a certain point it's hard to hide, unless you just met the person. If they knew you 30 or 40 lbs ago, it's hard to hide.

Do your cardio in a place with a lot of hot women, it takes your mind off of running/etc and I find it to be easier because I don't want to look weak and tired in front of the girls. Works for me, but Daddy has a good idea also!
