I’m using Dermacrine as its directed on their website. I plan on using the dermacrine sustain after that, as directed. If I remember right its 4 weeks of each but someone please correct me if I have that wrong.

I agree with powerbuilder333 100 percent. I had the same issue 20 years ago and been lifting ever since. Believe it or not, occasionally, I still feel a pulling sensation in that area. Just do as doctors tell you and take it easy for a while. Good luck
