    Working hard, but not smart...

    If I were to lift, it seems like this would be the recommended routine: Workout A Rows Deadlift Dips Squats Workout B Bench Military Press DB Pullover Pullups Is that right for the lifts? I'm mostly used to the standard 3x10 for sets and reps, but would that hold true here as well?
